Your timer begins only when the key successfully activates for the first time—not when the admin creates it.
What happens if the service goes down?+
Outages are recorded as incidents. An administrator can apply the exact overlapping downtime back to every affected active license.
Can I move to another computer?+
Keys bind to one installation. Contact support if you legitimately need the device binding reset.
Is one month a calendar month?+
For clarity, the month plan is exactly 30 days (720 hours) from first activation.
